- Purchase data: your name, email address, the pack you bought and your order number, passed to us by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card details.

04How We Process Data
Methods of processing
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data, including two-factor authentication for control panel accounts and encrypted API access for publishing. Data may be accessible to people involved in operating this Application (administration, sales, legal, system administration) and to the external service providers listed in section 06, acting as Data Processors.
Place of processing
Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices, on the servers that host this Application, and wherever the parties involved in processing are located. Depending on where you live, this may mean your Data is transferred to a country other than your own, including the United States.
Retention time
Personal Data is kept for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires: account and site data for as long as your account and sites are active, purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and server logs for a limited period used to keep the service secure and running. Data may be kept longer where the law requires it.
05Purposes of Processing
We use Personal Data to:
- Create your control panel account and keep it secure
- Process your purchase and provision your sites
- Host your sites, connect your domains and serve your pages to visitors
- Receive and publish content sent by the tools you connect
- Show you statistics about your sites in the control panel
- Answer support requests
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and detect fraud and abuse
We do not use your Data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
06Third-Party Services
Personal Data is processed by the following service providers, each under its own privacy policy. All are located in the United States.
| Payments | PayKickstart processes every purchase. Its tracking script on this website counts visits for its sales reports, and it may set its own cookies here and on its checkout pages. Privacy policy |
|---|---|
| DNS and network | Cloudflare, Inc. provides the nameservers for domains connected to Masher Sites, and processes visitor IP addresses to route and protect traffic. Privacy policy |
| Hosting | This website, the control panel and hosted sites run on servers operated by Launch Ninjas, Inc. |
| Support email is delivered and stored by our email provider. | |
| Training | Kajabi, Inc. hosts the Masher Sites training. When you buy, we send Kajabi your name and email so it can create your training login. Privacy policy |
Analytics and advertising on this website
MasherSites.com uses the tools below to learn which pages, ads and links bring visitors and sales. We never sell your data.
| RapidMetrics | Records visits, the ad or link that brought you, and purchases, so we can see which ads pay for themselves. It also sends page views, checkout starts and purchases to Meta for us. Privacy policy |
|---|---|
| Meta Pixel | Meta Platforms, Inc. measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and shows them to people likely to be interested. You can opt out in your Facebook ad settings. Privacy policy |
| Google Analytics | Google LLC counts visits and sales, using Google's own tag. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Privacy policy |
When you click a buy button, the page adds the ad or link that brought you and these tools' visitor IDs to the PayKickstart checkout address, so your purchase can be matched to that visit. We will list any new tool here before it goes live.
07Visitors to Sites Hosted on Masher Sites
Each news site hosted on Masher Sites belongs to the customer who runs it. For the personal data of that site's visitors, the customer is the data controller and Launch Ninjas, Inc. acts as a data processor, hosting the site and serving its pages on the customer's instructions.
- We collect server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) from visitors to hosted sites, to serve and secure the sites and to show the site owner visit statistics.
- Ads and other code a customer places in a site's ad zones, including Google ads, are the customer's choice. Those ad networks may set their own cookies on visitors' devices under their own policies.
- Customers are responsible for their own site's privacy notice and for any consent their visitors' laws require, including for ads they add.
Visitors to a hosted site with privacy questions should contact the owner of that site. We will help site owners answer requests about data we hold for them.
